Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled tree maintenance service, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds for tree maintenance services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our tree maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary corrections at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of service completion.

Rescheduling Services

You may reschedule your service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits your schedule.
